Summer Learning Journey Activity 3: Stay Cybersmart!

Kia Ora blogging world,

Today we are going to discuss internet safety. Most people don't know the bad things that could happen to them when they use the internet. This is a serious issue that we have to inform to people. Here is a piece of work that I've worked on to show people how to stay safe on the internet, and to be cybersmart.

This is very small, and may not seem like a lot, but it can be the biggest impact on you safety. You never know when someone sneaky could be finding out all of your information.

If you have any question or unsure of how to handle anything, don't feel any pressure to leave a comment. If there is any feedback that you would like to give to me, please write to me as I want to make my posts readable for everyone.

  1. Kia ora Gargee,

I am always impressed by the thought and effort that you put into your posts. Thank you so much for creating your posts to be appropriate for everyone to read.

I love that you have thought about a variety of things that will maintain a positive footprint. I absolutely agree. Being aware of the sites you are visiting, who you are talking to, and checking with an adult if you are unsure. They are all very important things to consider. It is important that we stay smart online because your work is visible to everyone and other people have the ability share your work. So you must be confident that what you are sharing is appropriate so that you maintain a positive digital footprint. Due to everything you share online being visible and personal, what kind of information do you think is smart to keep private?

    Keep up the awesome work,
    Megan :)
